Dr Batty was able to see me at short notice, and once assessing my knee arranged an immediate MRI, and then administered an injection - all within a morning. His manner is friendly and approachable, and I felt he listened to everything I said. The treatment was clearly explained both before and during, and after care was discussed. At no point was anything rushed, and he also went out to liaise with the admin department to ensure I got a convenient MRI time which led into another appointment for the injection. Overall a positive experience and I would highly recommend.
Dr Batty was considerate, caring and comforting with his diagnosis and treatment plan. I was able to see him at short notice and was able to arrange imaging and subsequent treatment quickly.
Extremely knowledgeable with huge experience in the sports injury area.
Many thanks for your help Philip.
Thank you very much. Greatly appreciated
Dr. Batti took a lot of time to listen to my problem.
He did recommend a plan for me to go back to my regular life in terms of mobility as soon as possible. I am following the plan and I am aware that this will take a few days to work.
It has been a pleasure to be treated by such a professional and his team. The appointment was prompt and answer all my queries.
Cleveland clinic will be my place to go for any health issues from now onwards.
Thanks to everyone involve in my cares.
Dr. Batty provides high quality care in a professional but friendly manner. He quickly put me at ease as I described my history of sports injuries, what previous treatments I had and why I had decided to see him. He quietly communicates his years of expertise without being overbearing in any way. I have left my appointments with Dr. Batty confident that I am getting the best treatment I can. If I have new sports injuries, I will definitely return to see Dr. Batty.
